Thank you for shopping at FurEssentials. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when ordering from us.
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.
2. Shipping Times Once your order has been processed and shipped please allow the following estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7-20 business days
- International: 15-30 business days
Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays outside of our control.
3. Shipping Rates FurEssentials is proud to offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update after your order ships.
5. Customs & Import Duties For international orders customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. FurEssentials is not responsible for these additional charges.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages FurEssentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit please contact us at info@shopfuressentials.com and we will do our best to assist you.
7. Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged please refer to our Return Policy. Photo evidence of the damage will be required to process any claim. There is no time limit on reaching out to us regarding a damaged item.
8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. FurEssentials is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address please contact us immediately at info@shopfuressentials.com before your order ships.
